The Residence
The Residence Pineta is a newly built structure with rooms distributed in three blocks that reproduce the layout of Tuscan farmhouses. Immersed in a large pine forest with direct access to the sea via an internal driveway, on the stretch of coast between Porto Santo Stefano and Talamone. Ideal both for those who want to spend a beach holiday in the heart of Maremma, and for those who love the worldliness of the tourist centers of Monte Argentario

The Beach
Each room can make use of an umbrella and two sunbeds which will be placed on the beach at the request of the customer. The convenience of our beach service will give you unforgettable days by the sea even with small children, who can play in complete tranquility under an umbrella or on the shore.

The 28 double bedrooms (with the possibility of adding a third bed on customer request) and the 3 suites with 5 beds are the result of the latest design trends, with modern furnishings, equipped with every comfort including TV, air conditioning, retractable hob and thus offer the customer the freedom to choose whether to use our restaurant.

The “Pineta Restaurant” located inside a residence "La Pineta", is available to guests but, with free access to all those who are looking for good food and good drink, all served with cordiality and attention the cuisine and the typical one is the traditional of the Costa d'Argento and Maremma, specialized in delicious appetizers and seafood first courses…with some specialties borrowed from the Neapolitan tradition such as the “calamarata”.

In addition to the classic services reserved for our customers, the bar will be able to offer a large space for interesting aperitifs with moments of COMBINATION, FUN AND CULTURE.

Sports lovers can take advantage of the tennis and soccer fields of the nearby Camping Village Oasi belonging to our own group.

We accept small and medium-sized dogs, well behaved, on a leash in the common areas, but free to run and play in the fenced area.
